"I would like to make a formal complaint. The driving was extremely dangerous - the driver sped, went through red lights and was reading a document on his phone throughout. I am shocked that we were not pulled over. As someone who regularly commutes via taxi to airports, I have never had such a dangerous service. I even considered reporting the driver to the DVLA as the threat to others on the road was so pronounced. I would be grateful if this could be investigated and my fee be reimbursed. I don’t make this complaint lightly at all - I worry for future passengers and the driver himself. At moments I questioned if he may have been over the limit or under the influence of something "

"First of all an apology from myself for not getting his call at 11.24pm - phone was on night mode. The driver was good and curteous and he got a cash tip from myself however I was travelling backwards and was only told when we arrived that he spent much of his time on WhatsApp when driving. This is clearly not great practice and perhaps you should ensure that drivers don’t do this either with or without customers in their cab.. Thank you to taking this feedback"
